I am a business psychologist and leadership coach in Hamburg. Neuroscience training, years of deep coaching work, and a low tolerance for hype and shortcuts.
I have one life and I decided what to spend it on. So I work only with people whose decisions make other people's lives better. Most of them lead organisations. Some of them lead a classroom, a shift, or a control room. My job is to help you carry your responsibility without burning out, and to become the most honest version of yourself while you do it.
This work started as a conversation inside the Imperial College London alumni community, among leaders asking the same question under real pressure: once the tools and the tactics are handled, what is actually left to develop?
The point is not to perform leadership. It is to lead from a fuller place.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing padel and darts with my friends, I regularly go on longer walks, and I spend as much time as possible with family.
